Russian drone hits residential building in Kryvyi Rih, prompting evacuations PHOTO
In the evening of January 26, a Russian drone struck a nine-story residential building, causing a fire in an apartment and on balconies in Ukraine's city of Kryvyi Rih, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Region's military administration, Oleksandr Hanzha, said.
Rescuers quickly extinguished the blaze and evacuated 15 people to a safe place, Caliber.Az quotes his Telegram channel.
In addition, drones were directed at the Lozuvatka community in the Kryvyi Rih district. Shelling also continued in the Nikopol area: the district came under strikes from Russian artillery and Grad multiple rocket launchers, affecting Nikopol and Marhanets.
Russian forces also used drones against the Mykolaivka community in the Synelnykove district, resulting in damage to a private house.
No fatalities or injuries were reported in any of the incidents.
