Russian drone strike hits bus in Kherson, two killed PHOTO
A Russian drone strike targeted a passenger minibus in the city of Kherson on the morning of May 2, killing two people and injuring seven others, according to regional authorities.
Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, said the attack occurred at approximately 07:00 in the Dniprovskyi district of the city.
“Approximately at 07:00, Russian forces struck a minibus in the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson with a drone. Two people were killed at the scene — a municipal worker and a woman. Their identities are currently being established. My sincere condolences to the families and loved ones of those killed. Seven others were injured — six men and one woman. Among them are four municipal service workers. All the injured were taken to the hospital. Preliminary reports indicate they sustained blast injuries. Doctors are conducting examinations and providing all necessary assistance,” Prokudin wrote on his Telegram channel.
