Russian drone strikes hit Ukraine overnight, civilian killed in Odesa photo
Overnight Russian drone strikes caused civilian casualties and damage to infrastructure in several regions of Ukraine, local authorities reported.
In Odesa, a drone attack damaged the roof of a single-story residential house, triggering a fire that was later extinguished by emergency responders.
A woman was killed in the strike, according to the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper. The blast wave also shattered windows in nearby outbuildings.
Meanwhile, in Chernihiv Oblast, a Russian Geran-type drone almost completely destroyed the building of the Novhorod-Siverskyi District State Administration, said district administration chief Oleksandr Seliverstov. Information regarding possible casualties is still being clarified.
