Russian forces strike transport, industrial facilities in Odesa
Russian forces have once again attacked transport, port, and industrial infrastructure facilities in the southern part of Ukraine’s Odesa region, regional authorities said.
Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, said on Telegram that the strikes caused fires and property damage, per Caliber.Az.
No casualties were reported.
Kiper urged residents of the southern Odesa region to remain calm, noting that despite disruptions to transport links caused by strikes on bridges connecting the area with the rest of Ukraine, medical services continue to operate at full capacity.
He said emergency medical teams and disaster medicine units are working without interruption, with hospitalisation routes adjusted to account for detours. Hospitals and outpatient clinics continue to provide emergency, urgent, planned, outpatient, and inpatient medical care.
