Russian strike hits Dnipropetrovsk region, one injured PHOTO

A Russian attack on Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region has caused damage across several communities.

Regional Governor Oleksandr Hanzha says Russian forces targeted the Nikopol district using artillery and drones.

The strikes affected Nikopol city, as well as the surrounding communities of Chervonohryhorivka, Marhanets, and Pokrovsk.

Nine private homes, an outbuilding, a gas pipeline, and an electricity line were damaged. A 59-year-old man was injured and is receiving outpatient treatment.
