Russian strike in Zaporizhzhia claims lives of teen couple, injures dozens PHOTO/VIDEO

A Russian strike in Ukraine's Zaporizhzhia yesterday claimed the lives of an 18-year-old couple, Sofia and Stepan.

In addition to the couple, 11 other individuals sustained injuries in the latest attack on the city, Caliber.Az reports, citing Ukrainian media.

Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, earlier reported that the strike resulted in three fatalities and dozens of wounded.

Today, residents have been visiting the site of the attack to pay their respects, leaving flowers, candles, and toys in memory of the young victims. The public displays of mourning highlight the human cost of ongoing hostilities in the region.
