Russian attacks on Kherson leave one dead, several injured PHOTO/UPDATED
Russian shelling and drone strikes in Kherson Region have resulted in one fatality and nine injuries, including three utility workers.
On January 31, a 40-year-old man was killed in Antonivka after explosives were dropped from a drone, Caliber.Az reports, citing Ukrainian media.
In Bilozerka, Russian forces targeted a utility enterprise with an FPV drone, injuring a 39-year-old employee.
The Dniprovskyi district of Kherson came under Russian artillery fire during morning attacks, leaving two people wounded.
In the Tavriysky neighborhood, a 36-year-old utility worker sustained injuries following an attack by an armed drone.
Additional artillery strikes hit the central part of the city, injuring another utility worker.

A man was injured following Russian artillery shelling of one of the districts in Ukraine’s Kherson Region.
The attack sparked a fire in a four-story residential building, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) reports.
Despite the ongoing threat of renewed Russian strikes, emergency responders promptly arrived at the scene and successfully brought the blaze under control.
No further details regarding the victim’s condition or the extent of the damage were immediately disclosed.
