Russian strikes across Ukraine leave 23 injured

Russian forces carried out overnight and morning strikes on several regions of Ukraine, leaving people injured and damaging civilian and industrial infrastructure, according to Ukrainian officials cited by Ukrinform.

In Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region, the number of people injured in the overnight attack has risen to three. Two men, aged 46 and 58, were hospitalised in moderate condition. An industrial facility was also damaged.

In Nikopol district, the city of Nikopol and the Marhanets community came under artillery and drone attacks. An industrial facility was damaged in the strikes.

In Kherson region, 18 people, including a child, were injured over the past 24 hours. Ukrainian authorities said air, drone and artillery strikes targeted dozens of settlements, including the regional capital, Kherson.

In Odesa, overnight and morning attacks damaged infrastructure, an educational institution and a multi-story residential building. No casualties have been reported in the city so far.
