Russian strikes kill at least four in southern, northern Ukraine PHOTO/VIDEO

At least four people were killed in Russian strikes on southern and northern Ukraine, according to Ukrainian authorities.

The Odesa City Administration said at least three people were killed and three others sustained moderate injuries after Russian forces struck the Black Sea port city with air-to-ground missiles, Caliber.Az reports. 

Russian attacks also targeted the Chernihiv and Sumy regions in northern Ukraine. According to Ukraine's State Emergency Service, one person was killed in the Chernihiv region.

No further details on the extent of the damage or casualties in the Sumy region were immediately available.
