Russian troops left almost all checkpoints in the occupied Melitopol region. They also relocated from Vasilievka a little further south.

It is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Facebook Mayor of Melitopol Ivan Fedorov.

“In the coming weeks or months, Melitopol will be de-occupied, and we will be able to restore Ukrainian statehood on the territory of our city. There is a fact that almost all rashists have already left the territory of the Melitopol region three days ago, because our military is doing everything possible and impossible, in order to clear our territory from rashist invaders as soon as possible,” he said.

According to him, a few days ago, Russian troops moved from Vasilyevka towards Zeleny Guy, fearing the advance of Ukrainian troops.
