Russian troops suffer big losses in Ukraine’s Krasnopillia

The Russian forces have suffered big losses as a result of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ offensive in the Krasnopillia settlement of the Donetsk region.

“Ukrainian servicemen attacked the Russian troops when they tried to conduct reconnaissance in Krasnopillia,” UNIAN reports referring to the operational information of the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Moreover, the Russian servicemen used mortars, cannon artillery, and multiple launch rocket systems in Grushevakha, Chepel villages, Dolyna, Morosovka, Prishib settlements in the direction of Slavyansky district.

The invaders have been trying to create favourable conditions to continue the offensive operations in the direction of Izium city and Slavyansky districts.

Moreover, the Russian military has shelled the Dementiivka,  Korobochkino, Bayrak and Verkhniy Saltov,  Kapitolovka, Tsyrkuny villages, Pechenihy, Kharkiv settlements by using artillery in the direction of Kharkiv city.

The Russian servicemen keep the previously occupied positions in the direction of Slobozhansky settlement, use the available weapons, and try to prevent the offensive operations of the defence forces in the direction of the Ukrainian state border.

There are still Russian troops in the border areas of the Bryansk and Kursk regions in the direction of Seversk city.

The situation remained unchanged in the Volhynia and Polesia districts.
