Saudi Arabia calls ministerial gathering on regional security
Saudi Arabia will host a consultative ministerial meeting in Riyadh on Wednesday, bringing together foreign ministers from Arab and Islamic countries to coordinate efforts aimed at maintaining regional security and stability.
The announcement was made in a statement published on the social media platform X by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia, as cited by Caliber.Az.

According to the statement, the meeting is scheduled to take place on the evening of the 29th day of Ramadan 1447 in the Islamic calendar, corresponding to March 18, 2026.
“A consultative meeting of foreign ministers of Arab and Islamic countries will be held in the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh. The purpose of the meeting is to continue consultations and coordinate measures to ensure security and stability in the region,” the statement said.
The gathering is expected to focus on aligning positions and strengthening cooperation among participating countries amid ongoing regional challenges.
