Saudi Arabia reaffirms de-escalation stance after US–Iran strikes
Saudi Arabia has called for de-escalation following an exchange of strikes between the United States and Iran in the Strait of Hormuz, stressing the need to avoid further escalation and to prioritise diplomatic efforts.
The position was reported by Caliber.Az, citing Saudi Arabia’s Deputy Minister of Public Diplomacy, Rayed Krimly.

In an official statement, Saudi Arabia reaffirmed its stance in favour of dialogue and restraint.
“The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia maintains its position supporting de-escalation and negotiation efforts. Beware of media reports attributed to unnamed sources - some of whom claim to be Saudi - suggesting otherwise,” the statement reads.
