Saudi crown prince meets US CENTCOM chief over defence cooperation

Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman met the commander of US Central Command, Admiral Brad Cooper, to discuss defence cooperation and efforts to reduce regional tensions, Saudi state media reports.

The meeting also covered developments in the region, according to the Saudi Press Agency.

The talks come as Saudi Arabia and the United States continue to discuss security and defence cooperation amid heightened tensions across the Middle East.
