School bus catches fire in Pakistan, injuring at least 11

At least 11 people were injured after a school bus veered off the road and caught fire in Pakistan on September 29, police said.

According to Rescue 1122, the incident occurred near Bara Hotar Link Road in Murree.

Preliminary information from Rescue 1122 indicated that a Suzuki Bolan veered off the road and caught fire, prompting rescue teams to be dispatched to the scene.

The statement said the passengers, most of them schoolchildren, were safely evacuated from the vehicle and sustained only minor injuries. The vehicle, however, was engulfed in flames.
