Senior Qatari, Lebanese officials confer on worsening humanitarian conditions
Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad, Qatar’s Minister of State for International Cooperation, conducted a telephone call with Lebanon’s Minister of Social Affairs, Haneen Sayed, during which the two sides addressed ongoing humanitarian concerns.
The development was announced by Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a statement posted on the social media platform X, Caliber.Az reports.

“HE Minister of State for International Cooperation Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad held a phone call Tuesday with HE Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Lebanon Haneen Sayed.
During the call, they discussed the humanitarian situation in Lebanon in light of the displacement of a large number of Lebanese citizens due to the current conditions, in addition to a number of issues of mutual interest,” the ministry said.
