Serbia backs Bahrain’s security, sovereignty amid Iranian attacks

In a show of international solidarity, Bahrain’s King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa held a phone conversation with Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić, who voiced strong support for Bahrain amid recent Iranian attacks on its territories. The leaders reaffirmed commitments to peace, security, and regional stability.

During the conversation, President Vučić expressed Serbia’s full solidarity with the Kingdom of Bahrain and condemned the Iranian attacks targeting Bahraini territories. He affirmed Serbia’s support for all measures taken by Bahrain to safeguard its sovereignty and ensure its security and stability, Bahrain News Agency reports.

King Hamad emphasized that the people of Bahrain are peaceful, uphold values of tolerance and coexistence, and maintain a consistent approach of adhering to the path of peace while supporting actions that strengthen security and stability both regionally and globally.

The King also conveyed his sincere gratitude and appreciation for Serbia’s support and for the genuine solidarity expressed by President Vučić.
