Serbia signs multi-billion-euro arms deals, President Vucic says

Serbia has signed arms procurement agreements worth billions of euros, President Aleksandar Vučić announced, according to RIA Novosti.

“We signed major agreements two days ago worth billions of euros, not millions. When the time is right and we deem it necessary, we will inform you of the details,” Vučić said.

The Serbian president added that the country will become one of the best-equipped in Europe in terms of air defence capabilities.

Vučić also emphasised that Belgrade will continue to pursue a policy of military neutrality in 2026.
