Seven countries become guarantors of Ukraine's security in Istanbul treaty

France, China, Russia, the US, Belarus, Türkiye and the UK are guarantors of Ukraine's security under the agreement signed in Istanbul.
Russian President Vladimir Putin showed this agreement to African delegates during a meeting in St Petersburg, according to Gazeta.Ru.
"The UK, the PRC [People's Republic of China], the Russian Federation, the US, the French Republic, the Republic of Belarus, and the Republic of Türkiye being guarantors of Ukraine's security," the document text reads.
