At least 16 people were injured after a Russian strike hit a residential building in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov said.
Earlier, Russia's independent outlet ASTRA reported that six people had been hospitalised, including one woman who was in serious condition.
According to initial reports, the residential building was completely destroyed in the attack. Several neighbouring buildings sustained damage, with facades affected and windows shattered.
Emergency services were working at the scene, and the full extent of the damage is still being assessed.
