Snowden passes on general job offer made by US security agency director
American whistleblower Edward Snowden jokingly said he would pass on a job offer extended by the US security agency's (NSA) director of cybersecurity to former employees.
As Caliber.Az reports, Snowden replied to a Twitter post by Rob Joyce on November 6, in which the NSA official asked former employees to "come on back".
Joyce had shared a job posting that said the NSA has "exciting opportunities for former Federal civilian/military service members to be a part of an expert workforce."
Caliber.Az recalls, that Snowden is accused of stealing government property and disclosing classified information and faces charges in the USA.
He has been living in Russia ever since the charges were made against him and has been granted Russian citizenship by the country's President Vladimir Putin in a decree issued in September 2022.
Thanks, I'll pass. https://t.co/7j0x8jFpaB
