South African delegate: WUF13 shapes future of cities

The 13th session of the UN World Urban Forum (WUF13) plays an important role in shaping the future of sustainable cities, according to a South African representative.

Grigori Mosala, a member of the Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality located in South Africa’s Free State province, shared the view in an interview with Azertag on the sidelines of the forum.

“I think that WUF13 plays an important role in shaping the future of sustainable cities. I believe that countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America, as well as some European states, have particular problems related to housing and human settlements,” he said.
