Spring Airlines to raise domestic fuel surcharges

Chinese low-cost carrier Spring Airlines announced on its website that it will increase fuel surcharges on domestic flights starting 5 April.

The airline said details of the adjustment would be released at a later date, Reuters reports.

Earlier, several Chinese carriers, including Spring Airlines, Juneyao Airlines, and Xiamen Airlines, had already raised fuel surcharges on certain international routes. The ongoing conflict between the United States and Israel with Iran has significantly impacted the global aviation industry, forcing airlines to raise fares and revise financial forecasts.
