A recent United Surveys poll indicates that 54.5% of Poles currently view the United States as an unstable and unreliable guarantor of Poland’s security, while 40.6% assess the alliance positively, according to a survey published by Do Rzeczy.
Among voters of the ruling coalition, a majority (77%) do not trust the U.S., whereas 87% of supporters of the Law and Justice Party (PiS) consider the United States a reliable partner.
Distrust also dominates among the electorates of Konfederacja and Konfederacja Korony Polskiej (58%).
The survey was conducted from 27 to 29 March 2026 via telephone and online interviews with a representative sample of 1,000 adult Poles.
