Three killed in series of armed incidents across Israel
A series of armed incidents in Israel within the span of one hour left three people dead, according to local media reports.
In the northern city of Shfaram, a bus driver was shot and died at the scene, Ynet reported. At nearly the same time, a 21-year-old man was killed while inside a vehicle in a parking area near a shopping complex in the Yagur area. Police have opened investigations into both cases and are examining the possibility that they were linked to criminal disputes.
In a separate incident in Netanya, a well-known rabbi was stabbed inside a religious educational institution. Preliminary findings suggest the attacker, believed to be part of the victim’s close circle, inflicted multiple stab wounds before fleeing the scene. Police have launched a manhunt.
Medical services said all three victims died from their injuries before emergency responders arrived.
Authorities said investigations into all of the incidents are ongoing as they work to establish the circumstances surrounding each case.
