Trump boasts of perfect cognitive test results after medical checkup

US President Donald Trump has said he underwent a routine medical examination at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and received “extremely good” results, according to a post on his Truth Social platform.

The US leader emphasized that he passed a cognitive ability test for the fourth consecutive time without errors.

“Unlike other U.S. Presidents, none of whom have ever taken an approved, high difficulty, Cognitive Test, I scored a perfect 30 out of 30,” he said, adding that he answered 120 out of 120 questions correctly across all examinations.

According to Trump, the result demonstrates an extremely high level of intellectual capability.
