Trump calls US "laughing stock" in scathing Truth Social post

In a fiery post on Truth Social, former President Donald Trump lambasted the United States, declaring that the country had become "a laughing stock all over the World."

Trump linked recent attacks and escalating issues at the U.S. border to what he described as "weak, ineffective, and virtually nonexistent leadership," Caliber.Az reports.

"Our Country is a disaster, a laughing stock all over the World!" Trump wrote. "This is what happens when you have OPEN BORDERS, with weak, ineffective, and virtually nonexistent leadership."

He also pointed a finger at U.S. law enforcement and judicial bodies, accusing the Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and Democratic state and local prosecutors of failing in their duties. Trump claimed that instead of focusing on national security and combating internal threats, these agencies had been preoccupied with unlawfully targeting him.

"The DOJ, FBI, and Democrat state and local prosecutors have not done their job," Trump said. "They are incompetent and corrupt, having spent all of their waking hours unlawfully attacking their political opponent, ME, rather than focusing on protecting Americans from the outside and inside violent SCUM that has infiltrated all aspects of our government, and our Nation itself."

Trump reserved harsh words for the Democratic Party, accusing them of contributing to the deteriorating state of the nation. "Democrats should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to happen to our Country," he stated.

Trump then urged the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to take action, warning that the country was facing "a violent erosion of Safety, National Security, and Democracy" that could threaten the future of the United States. He called for "strength and powerful leadership" to restore order and safety to the nation.

"The CIA must get involved, NOW, before it is too late," Trump added. "The USA is breaking down."

Trump ended his post with a resolute message to his supporters, declaring: " See you on January 20th. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!"
