Trump claims US effectively destroyed Iran’s armed forces in two weeks

US President Donald Trump has claimed that the United States has “effectively destroyed” Iran’s armed forces within a period of around two weeks.

In remarks broadcast on the White House’s official YouTube channel, Trump said Iran was unwilling to “play games” with Washington and suggested that recent US actions had significantly weakened Tehran’s military capabilities.

He asserted that the US had accomplished this in a short timeframe of roughly two weeks, without providing further details or evidence to substantiate the claim.
