Trump credits tariff policy as US stock markets hit record highs

President Donald Trump hailed the US stock market for reaching record levels, emphasizing the role of his tariff policies in driving the gains.

Writing on the social media platform Truth Social, Trump declared, “The U.S. markets have again reached record highs. All of them (ALL OF THEM).”

He added, “Thank you, Mister Tariff (THANK YOU YOU MISTER TARIFF),” attributing the unprecedented market performance to his trade measures.

Trump also expressed hope that the nation’s legal framework would continue to support economic growth, stating, “I pray that the U.S. Supreme Court will allow our country to continue its march toward unprecedented greatness.”

Highlighting broader national priorities, he concluded, “Our national security and financial security are stronger than ever.”
