Trump denies speaking to Tehran: “I am not offering Iran anything”

US President Donald Trump on June 30 denied making any offers to Iran and criticised former President Barack Obama’s nuclear deal with the country.

“Tell phony Democrat Senator Chris Coons that I am not offering Iran ANYTHING, unlike Obama, who paid them $Billions under the stupid ‘road to a Nuclear Weapon JCPOA [which would now be expired!],’” Trump wrote on Truth Social, Caliber.Az reports.

He then stated that he is not even talking to Iran after the US “totally OBLITERATED their Nuclear Facilities.”

The 2015 Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) was an agreement reached between Iran and world powers under the Obama administration, which Trump withdrew from in 2018 during his first term.
