Trump endorses Orbán, urges Hungarians to vote for him

US President Donald Trump has voiced strong support for Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, urging voters in Hungary to back his party in the upcoming elections.

Sharing a post on his social media platform Truth Social, he described Orbán as a “strong and powerful Leader” with a “proven track record of delivering phenomenal results,” Caliber.Az reports.

The US leader said Orbán “fights tirelessly for, and loves, his Great Country and People, just like I do for the United States of America.”

Trump praised his policies on the economy, job creation, trade, immigration, and law and order.

He also highlighted the close relations between the countries.

“Relations between Hungary and the United States have reached new heights of cooperation and spectacular achievement under my Administration, thanks largely to Prime Minister Orbán,” he noted.

Trump concluded his message with a direct appeal to Hungarian voters, saying:

“GET OUT AND VOTE FOR VIKTOR ORBÁN,” and reaffirmed his “Complete and Total Endorsement for Re-Election as Prime Minister,” he added.
