Trump, Iran turn geopolitics into card game of UNO
US President Donald Trump has posted a familiar slogan claiming he holds “all the cards”, alongside an image of himself holding UNO cards on his Truth Social account.
According to Caliber.Az, the post quickly prompted a response from the official account of Iran’s consulate general in Hyderabad, India.
The Iranian account shared an image featuring Ebrahim Zolfaghari, a representative of Iran’s central military command “Khatam al-Anbiya”, smiling while holding fewer UNO cards, with the caption: “Yes, we have less cards.”

In UNO, the winner is the first player to get rid of all their cards.
Trump is shown holding Wild cards — the strongest and most versatile cards, which can be played on any colour. The Iranian player, meanwhile, has fewer cards, but they are no less powerful, as they force the opponent to draw additional cards from the deck.
In other words, if this match had actually taken place, the Iranian player would have won.
