Trump says no China-Taiwan war possible during his presidency

US presidential candidate from the Republican Party Donald Trump has said that if he becomes head of state, China will not apply any forceful decisions with regard to Taiwan.

He made the remarks in an interview with radio host Hugh Hewitt.

“I had great relationships with everyone. You don’t have to worry about Taiwan. If I’m president, Taiwan will never happen, meaning China will never go into Taiwan if I’m president, not even a chance,” he said.

He also added that Russia would have never gone into Ukraine if he had been president at the time.
