Trump threatens to “blow everything up” if Iran rejects deal
The United States and Iran could reach an agreement by April 6, U.S. President Donald Trump said in an interview with Fox News.
Trump stated that if Iran “does not make a deal — and fast,” he is considering the option to “blow everything up” and take control of the oil.
At the same time, Trump noted that those negotiating on behalf of Iran have currently been granted amnesty so they can continue the talks.
The U.S. president also expressed optimism about a potential agreement with Iran: “I think there is a good chance tomorrow, they are negotiating now.” He added that the United States and Iran could reach a deal as early as April 6.
In addition, Trump said that the United States had sent weapons to Iranian protesters via the Kurds. “We sent them a lot of guns. We sent them through the Kurds,” Trump said, adding that, in his view, the Kurds ultimately kept the weapons for themselves.
