Trump urges European leaders to curb illegal immigration

U.S. President Donald Trump has called on European leaders to take stronger action against illegal immigration, arguing that it is one of the continent's most pressing challenges.

Speaking to reporters in the Oval Office on August 3, Trump said Europe was facing two major problems, Caliber.Az reports via foreign media.

"Two things are killing Europe. Number one is immigration. Number two is energy."

The U.S. president specifically highlighted illegal immigration as a major concern, urging European governments to tighten their approach.

"You're allowing people in that, in many cases, they are not going to help you. I'm going to be nice. They're not going to help you," he said.
