Trump: US sinks nine Iranian ships

The United States has sunk nine Iranian naval ships, U.S. President Donald Trump wrote on his Truth Social page.

“I have just been informed that we have destroyed and sunk 9 Iranian Naval Ships, some of them relatively large and important,” the president noted.

He added that U.S. forces are “going after the rest” of Iranian ships, which “will soon be floating at the bottom of the sea.”

Trump also stressed that the United States has largely destroyed the headquarters of the Islamic Republic Navy.
