Trump: We have more oil than two largest oil economies combined

On April 11, President Donald Trump said on Truth Social that the US has more oil than the next two largest oil economies combined.

"We have more oil than the next two largest oil economies combined - and higher quality," he wrote.

He claimed that “massive numbers” of oil tankers, including some of the largest in the world, are currently heading towards the United States to be loaded with what he described as the country’s “best and ‘sweetest’ oil and gas.”

Trump said the vessels were arriving for a “quick turnaround,” framing the development as evidence of strong global demand for US energy exports.
