Turkish, Iranian foreign ministers discuss Middle East situation

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan held a phone call with his Iranian counterpart Abbas Araghchi to discuss the current state of talks between Iran and the United States, Türkiye’s Foreign Ministry has stated.

Sources said the conversation focused primarily on the dynamics and prospects of dialogue between Tehran and Washington, Caliber.Az reports, citing Turkish media.

The call took place amid ongoing regional tensions and continued diplomatic efforts to reach a resolution, with Iran, the US and Israel trading warnings and signalling that war remains possible.
