Turkish pro-gov’t MP says elections activity high at polling stations
Turkish Nationalist Movement Party chairman Devlet Bahceli has said that there is high activity in the presidential and parliamentary elections in Türkiye.
He made the remarks talking to journalists after the voting in Ankara on May 14, Caliber.Az reports.
Bahceli wished success to all the candidates and political parties.
The MP said he would follow the election results at the party headquarters in Ankara.
Meanwhile, after the elections in Trabzon, Turkish Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoglu said voter turnout in the voting process is quite high.
"I wish for a favourable election result. The observed activity is a demonstration of faith in democracy. I hope our nation will appreciate the opportunity given to them. According to the result of this assessment, we will continue our activities," he said.
