Turkish referees to serve in various organizations of UEFA
Turkish referees Melis Özçiğdem, Ali Palabıyık and Arda Kardeşler will serve in various organizations of UEFA.
According to the statement on the website of the Turkish Football Federation, Melis Özçiğdem will manage the second round of the UEFA Women's Champions League, which will be played tomorrow between Norway's Brann and Sweden's Rosengard teams. Mürvet Yavuztürk and Deybet Gök will be the assistants of Özçiğdem in the match in Bergen, TRT Haber reports.
The fourth referee of the match will be Gamze Durmuş Pakkan.
Ali Palabıyık will take part in the UEFA Nations A League Group 4 match to be held on Thursday, September 22 between Belgium and Wales. Serkan Olguncan and Erdinç Sezertam will be the assistants of Palabiyik in the match to be played at the King Baudouin Stadium in Brussels, the capital of Belgium. In the competition, Hüseyin Göçek was assigned as the fourth referee, Mete Kalkavan as VAR, and Abdulkadir Bitigen as AVAR.
Arda Kardesler will blow the whistle in the 5th Group matches of the UEFA European Under-19 Football Championship to be held in Poland on September 21-27. Mehmet Emin Tuğral will also serve as an assistant referee in the matches.
