Two hurt as fire breaks out at power plant in South Korea

A fire broke out at a coal-fired power plant in a western coastal county on December 9, leaving two people injured, fire officials said.
The individuals were moved to a hospital from the blaze at Taean Thermal Power Plant in Taean, about 140 kilometres southwest of Seoul, according to the officials, per Yonhap.
Their injuries were believed not to be life-threatening, officials said.
“Fire authorities were responding at the scene after receiving a report of the blaze,” they added.
