Two killed, several injured in shelling of Chernihiv region PHOTO

A Russian attack on the Chernihiv region left two people dead and seven others injured, according to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

“In Nizhyn, due to Russian shelling, two people were killed, and two others were injured. Rescuers extinguished fires at the impact sites. In the Horodnia community, five people were injured as a result of drone strikes on the private sector. In the Snovsk community, residential houses, outbuildings, and cars caught fire due to Russian strikes; all fires have been extinguished. The work was complicated by the constant threat of repeated attacks, so rescuers were repeatedly forced to move to shelters,” the service said.
