Two killed, several injured in shooting at Seattle food festival

Two people were killed and at least five others were injured in a shooting during the Bite of Seattle food festival at the Seattle Center in Seattle, Washington, local authorities said.

According to the Seattle Police Department, the shooting occurred at the Seattle Center, a major entertainment and cultural venue in the city. 

Local broadcaster KOMO News reported that the incident took place during the annual Bite of Seattle food festival, which attracts up to 350,000 visitors each year.

Authorities have not released any information about the motive behind the shooting or the conditions of those injured.
