UAE confirms fire in Fujairah oil terminal after drone attack

Competent authorities in the UAE city of Fujairah confirmed that a fire broke out in the emirate’s oil industrial zone as a result of a drone attack, per the Emirate newspaper Khaleej Times.

No casualties have been reported. The emirate’s civil defence units immediately began responding to the incident and continue to take measures to contain the fire.

Authorities also urged the public not to spread rumours and to obtain information only from official sources.
