UK, Latvia to lead NATO coalition in supplying Ukraine with drones

The United Kingdom and Latvia are forming a NATO coalition to supply Ukraine with thousands of drones.

Rodion Miroshnik, Russian Foreign Ministry's special envoy told a briefing that NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has repeatedly stated that the alliance would procure drones for the Ukrainian government, Caliber.Az reports per Russian media.

“Now, the UK and Latvia have reported that they will lead the coalition in providing Kyiv with a significant number of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs),” Miroshnik noted.
