UK replaces ambassador to Russia

The UK has announced that it will change its ambassador to Moscow, and career diplomat Nigel Casey will take over from November.

“Nigel Casey has been appointed His Majesty's Ambassador to the Russian Federation to replace Dame Deborah Bronnert, who will be transferred to other diplomatic work. Casey will take office in November 2023,” TASS reports, citing the Foreign Office.
