Ukraine: Consequences of night shelling of Lviv Fire is still being extinguished/UPDATED
At night Lviv was attacked by kamikaze drones Shahed, the alarm lasted 2.5 hours.
A fire broke out in an industrial warehouse as a result of a drone strike, and it is still being doused, RBC-Ukraine reports with reference to head of the Lviv regional military administration Maxim Kozitsky.
"During the air alert, which began at 03:40 and lasted almost 2.5 hours, Lviv region was attacked by kamikaze drones of the type Shahed," he said.
According to preliminary information, 18 Russian UAVs flew in the direction of the region, and 15 of them were shot down. One can imagine the scale of the attack and the scale of the work that was done by the air defence of the region, Kozitsky said.
According to him, there were three hits in industrial warehouses in Lviv, fortunately without fatalities. In the warehouses, there is a fire in four locations and the fire is still being extinguished.
"I want to emphasize that these are ordinary industrial warehouses. Nothing militarized on them did not store", Kozitsky.

A series of explosions have been heard in Ukraine’s Lviv city and the region on the night of September 19.
The statement came online by the head of the Lviv regional military administration Maxim Kozitsky, RBC-Ukraine reports.
"The sounds that could hear the residents of Lviv region are air defence. There is a threat of new attacks," Kozitsky said.
He also noted that loud explosions were heard in some parts of Lviv urging not to name the locations and not to publish photos and videos.
Earlier, the Ukrainian Air Force warned that there was a threat of enemy use of kamikaze attack drones in the Lviv Region.
