Ukraine: Dnipro region under sustained Russian attack, two people injured PHOTO / VIDEO
The Ukrainian city of Dnipro and surrounding areas have been under sustained attack from Russian drones, artillery, and missiles since early morning, according to regional authorities.
Two people were injured as a result of the strikes on the Dnipropetrovsk region, the regional military administration said.
Officials reported that the region’s two districts were hit more than 20 times by Russian forces using drones, artillery, and missile systems.
In the city of Dnipro, a transport enterprise, a residential apartment building, and a commercial facility were damaged.
In the Novooleksandrivka community of the Dnipro district, a gymnasium, a private house, and a car were also damaged.
In the Nikopol district, infrastructure facilities, an agricultural enterprise, five-storey residential buildings, private houses, and outbuildings were affected.
Authorities said video footage shows a “Shahed” drone striking a depot in Dnipro. Prior to the impact, the drone reportedly damaged the overhead contact network.

A trolleybus was also damaged in the attack.
