Ukraine, Germany advance cooperation ahead of "Coalition of the Willing" meeting
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has held talks with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, thanking Berlin for its military, financial, and political support since the start of the war.
According to a post on Zelenskyy’s Telegram channel, the Ukrainian delegation returned from Geneva with a full report and an updated framework document. Coordination with the United States continues, for which the president also expressed gratitude to President Donald Trump.
During the discussion, the leaders reviewed the current situation and agreed on next steps, including preparations for the “Coalition of the Willing” meeting, which Germany is hosting on November 25 in cooperation with other countries.
Zelenskyy stressed the importance of maintaining regular contact with international partners.
