Ukraine imposes restrictions on sugar, salt sale

The largest stores of the Ukrainian ATB-Market chain have restricted the retail sale of salt and sugar.

So one can only get 5 kg of sugar and 2 kg of salt in one hand, UNIAN reports.

The restrictions were imposed due to the consumer hype in the light of the termination of the main salt producer in Ukraine - the Artemsol plant. The price of sugar rose to 31 hryvnia (70 roubles), and salt — up to 32.5 hryvnia (74 roubles).
